McCain to buy Falcon Agrifriz's Gujarat potato processing business
McCain Foods agreed on 12 October 2026 to buy Falcon Agrifriz's frozen potato business in Gujarat, adding a Mehsana plant, over 450 staff and 1,000-plus farmers.
