Off Campus season 2 release date: Prime Video sets April 28, 2027

Prime Video has set Wednesday, 28 April 2027 as the premiere date for the second season of Off Campus, its college ice hockey romance series. The streamer announced the date on Thursday, 5 November 2026. The new season moves the spotlight to a new couple, Allie Hayes, played by Mika Abdalla, and Dean Di Laurentis, played by Stephen Kalyn, and adapts The Score, the third book in Elle Kennedy's Off-Campus novels. Season one leads Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli continue in the cast.

Off Campus belongs to a wave of screen adaptations of romance novels that found huge audiences in print and on social media first. Elle Kennedy's books follow a group of friends on a university ice hockey team, with each novel centred on a different couple. The TV series follows the same pattern, which is why season two hands the lead to Allie and Dean, two characters who were in the background in season one, while keeping the season one couple in the story.

The early renewal is a sign of the streamer's confidence. Prime Video ordered a second season in February 2026, three months before the first episode was released. That kind of commitment is usually made when a platform expects the built-in readership of a book series to follow it to the screen. Fixing a date nearly six months in advance also gives the show time to build a campaign around the new couple.

For fans, the main open question is how the season will be released. Season one arrived all at once, but Prime Video has not said whether season two will follow the same pattern or switch to weekly episodes.

For viewers in India, Prime Video has not yet given a release hour, so the exact time the episodes appear in India is not known. The cast list also tells fans how the story will widen: three new series regulars and four recurring actors join the ensemble around Allie and Dean.

Peepals calculation: From season one's premiere on 13 May 2026 to season two's on 28 April 2027 is 350 days, a gap of just under a year. From the announcement week, fans have 172 days to wait, counted from Saturday, 7 November 2026. Our calculation from the reported dates.

Short-term: The date gives fans a clear countdown and gives Prime Video a hook for trailers and promotional material in the coming months. Expect first-look images and a trailer closer to the spring.

Long-term: If season two performs well, the structure of Elle Kennedy's books, one couple per novel, gives the show a ready path to further seasons, each built around a new pair.

Who is affected: Fans of the Off-Campus books and the series, Prime Video subscribers in India and around the world, and the cast, several of whom move into larger roles.

What to watch next: The season two premiere on Wednesday, 28 April 2027, and Prime Video's decision on whether episodes arrive together or weekly.
